It’s hard to watch dogs get older. I have a yellow lab too, and she’s slowing down and needs help getting in the truck now. I’m sure putting this video together was probably a little difficult. Thanks for sharing Levi with us one more time
This, totally this. I'm just starting to see the signs with my doggo, and I'm already preparing myself. But I've always kept the outlook of that, all the years that my dog has been alive, she's had an amazing life and has been loved every single second of it. And at the end of the day, when it's time, I'll at least know that her entire life has been filled with happiness and love, and that she lived a good life... Still sucks that dogs live such short lives compared to humans.
The hardest thing in my life (so far) has been when i shot my norwegian elk hound. He was 13 yo and was in lot of pain. He was not eating in several days and he had fever and could not walk. He is now in better place without of pain and lots of moose to bark at.
I cannot thank you enough for being so concise, cool, interesting. No clickbait, no zero content blabber, no flashy tool-marketing, fake outdoor-diy hipster-stuff...
Wish you could've said: "and without having to endure commercial interruptions every 3-4 mins too." I get making $ for time spent creating videos; I do, but this many is too many. Please don't say this: get "ad blocker" and/or it's a YT issue. 1] YT doesn't decide "how many" commercials are played; the content creators do. 2] ad blockers are known data collectors; that I won't purposefully install onto my PC
@@DanKoning777 Dont know what your talking about. My showing was hardly interrupted my commercials, damn sure, wasnt every 3-4 mins. Maybe 15 or 20. Better then any TV program for sure. And before you say it, No I dont have Ad Blocker.
@@michaelkeller2481 // I believe what you're saying, and others have said the same thing in the past. I don't get it, I'm telling the truth as well; I had 4 commercials before I hit the 6 min mark, and that didn't include the popup ads. Wish I could figure it out.
If someone told me a couple of years ago that I would watcha a 3 hour RU-vid video on a guy clearing land ,I would tell you your nuts. Just finished watching this video , I could have watched 5 more hours ,absolutely great content Andrew . I was really glad to see Supervisor Levy in his role with Sadie ,thanks for sharing .
@@AndrewCamarata I am of the same opinion as the colleague at the top, I haven't watched you for years, but I managed to watch every movie that interested me, starting from the end, you do a good job, keep it that way!
We must be living a boring life,to watch bulldozers on the move...for 4 hours! definitely not some weird space trash movie, like Segorny Weaver's been in! Ok: I've watched Andrew at play ! I gotta admit watching him work on his c can building was interesting!I liked his living room setup over the top floor of the shop, and those swing out gates,to lift up stuff!
@@moemcgalfend3255 I htink you are conufused no cars baout your useless life, we are talking about Andrews video's Please leave the room .My life is full and wonderfull like an alpaca!
I’d never heard of you before today, but my husband and dad were “at the homestead” and heard equipment running…they were told “some RU-vid guy bought V Mountain…we even heard an explosion earlier” So here I am…checking out your content and wondering what you’re doing up there. Lol My paternal grandfathers family has lived and died in this valley for at least a century and a half. My grandpa hunted this land his whole life and it’s likely (although I don’t know for sure) that someone in my family logged that property…maybe my dad. (?) That valley is magic…I think so anyway. Wishing you much happiness and success on your mountain top. Welcome to the middle of nowhere. ❤
Yup, Its a good location, and can be found. On Andrews Vids he is very careful to avoid some obvious landmarks, but they are there. Fortunately, Google Satellite uses Copernicus Sentinel from 2015 or 2019 so people are not gonna find it using that method...lol.
Can we all agree we need more of this kind of stuff on RU-vid? I saw the title and knew without a doubt he actually bought a mountain top. There is no mention of money in this whole 3 hour video no "flexing", no click bait, nothing of the sort. Just a humble man building his dream with honest hard work. Andrew is the type of person that needs to be front page, Andrew's and Diesel Creek's videos and work should be shown to inspire more people like they did for me.
AC - It seems to me that this is the culmination of all the prior years practicing on someone else's job sites to perfect your technique and just as you did the castle, you did it your way. You've learned what to do and not to do and applied them to YOUR dreamscape. You've acquired the tools thru work environment and can do pretty much anything you put your mind to. It's been a fun experience and an education, over these last 5 or 6 years watching your channel, seeing your videos from the comfort of my chair. I'll bet the 1.15M subs feel the same way. Good fortune on your continuing story.
@@AndrewCamaratahi Andrew, when you were driving up the mountain and had your arm out the window you were recording but was it a fancy drone following you or was it some kind of selfie pole. Try not to laugh, I don’t know that much about drones or GoPro stuff.
WOW watching the pup yellow Labrador just going crazy. Brings back so many memories. My yellow name was Tear from the time she was around 5 or 6 months old until ten years old. But she was the easiest to train. Verbal and hand singles. She was the best . 5-10-2010 \ 10 -6-2021 Miss my girl. Thanks for sharing
You are freaking kidding me, wow 3 hours, going to get my snacks and here we go, cant freaking wait, I love your content and videos. You have been my favourite channel for almost 4 years now from all of my subscribers, I love that you stayed the same and keep producing high quality content.
its weird... every time i see Andrew upload, im like "You beautiful bastard!". Couldnt believe this vid is 3h long at first, looking forward to watch it
It was nice seeing Levi again. He was a good dog and I know you miss him. Excellent video, well worth watching the progress on that property. Love the newer camper. Time to get some solar power!
Me: 2 hr movie, nah that's too long. Also me: 3 hrs of Andrew doing stuff, sign me up and I bet it will be awesome. The amount of time this video captures is amazing. Thank you for sharing sweet Levi with us once again.
Thank you Andrew for this incredible content and sharing your journey with us. Your contribution to society through your viewers can not really be understated.
I enjoy your videos . Thank you for supplying them. I pray you continue to make them. Have a great Christmas and New Year as well .I look forward to watching your mountain top in the future..
80 acres, 1 new access road, 7 machines, 2 trailers (one with slideouts), 3 20' containers and a beautiful view of pasture land replaced with trees... Fantastic Andrew. Congratulations on a great year!
I had a smaller female lab like levi that I took with me everywhere when I poured concrete for a livin. She would ride in the truck and lay under the truck and watch us all day. She never once stepped in the wet concrete. I loved that dog so much and developed a cool relationship with her. Im sure its the same for you and Levi.Cody sure does have an interest in everything you do thats great hiw devoted he is.
And here I was wondering what to do with the next 3:19:34 of my life. Andrew, for what it’s worth, no video you produce can ever be too long. Many thanks to you for the fabulous stories you tell, and the countless hours you spend producing them for us. I wish you strength and happiness!
I watched all of your videos, very entertaining keep the videos coming there better than tv . I watched the video of you and your friend bringing the camper up the mountain. I never get tired of watching them.
Congratulations on the getting the new property! You've got the proven skills to improve it and develop it. I hope you put it a large pond so you can claim waterfront property.
I'm just adding what other people have said, It is very heart warming to see Levi and yes it is so unfortunate these wonderful animals don't have a longer life span
What a great property. The view from there is unbeatable. The sunsets must be breathtaking. Seeing your pup run and play - priceless. You did a great job with the property so far. You are the hardest working young man I have ever seen. Be safe and blessed in all you do, and keep cranking out quality like this. By the way, your castle is freakin' awesome!
At first, part of me said ugh 3hrs. At the end I was bummed it was over! Could’ve watched another 3hrs! 1. It was wonderful seeing Levi again, what a great dog he was! 2. The amount of hard work you have put into your mountain top is ridiculous!!!! It really is amazing what you have accomplished there and I can’t wait to see what you have planned for the future!! 3. Kudos to all your friends that have helped in your endeavor. Good friends are priceless, cherish them always!
its nice to see from the beginning, when you first discovered this place with Levi, Sadie and Cody and then watching you transform it into a liveable place. great job! I am glad you put the various recordings togehter into one long coherent story. mammoth construction project and mammoth video compostion. great job! thanks for posting.
Dude.. Been following your Chanel since you started your container castle.. Through it all I've noticed its not about what you gain in experience bout life and what you achieve.. It's about the time you spend with family (Levi, Cody, & Blue) and above all your BUDDIES in gaining the experience and achievements... those moments are priceless.. Miss Levi.. Wish life of family members like Levi could last forever..
I just started watching your video, just happened on it browsing RU-vid. I have to say I have NEVER in all my years seen anyone drive the way you do,( balls to the wall) and survive. Lol I love that you are so skilled at driving whatever you get behind the wheel, or handles, or just plain anything, and get things handled. Although your driving had me on the edge of my chair many, many, many times. But I learned a lot from you. I live alone so I am always trying to learn new things or easier ways to do things, so your video helped me in a lot of ways. I'm very impressed with your collection of tools and machinery. I'm a tile setter and floor covering installer by trade so I'm used to hard work and always love to learn new ways to do what needs to be done easier and quicker. I basically work like you do, until it gets done. You're very impressive Andy.
When pulling things like those containers, put hooks on the top of your dozer blade, when it gets stuck instead of backing up and going forward with it hooked to the blade you can move the blade up and down as you tram and it will come right along with no problems. Used this method in the coal mines for years in deep mud and water. Just a suggestion! Like your show!
Oh that's cool. I was thinking shipping container "sled" or something would be cool (at least fun to watch him make). But what you said makes total sense :)
@@troyhumphreys9952 I have used sleds like you are talking about, and depending on what you have on them they work really well. He could weld runners right to the bottom of the container but I think he would still need to hook to the blade and move it up and down as he trams. He could get a lot bigger Dozer and that negates the need for runners, sleds or being hooked to the blade, lol.
Amazingly done. Educational, interesting, mesmerizing. You have perfected the vocation of excavation and land clearing. Not to mention videotaping and publishing quality content. Your being exceptionally happy and deeply engaged in all your work really comes through. Well done!
Just brilliant 👏 👏👏👏, loved every minute. I'm in London England, wish I had a 'Mountain top'. Many thanks for a captivating upload. Your foreman had 4 legs and oversaw the job with precision 🐶🐕🐾
At first I was like, "3 hrs might be a bit too long." Then after the first 10 min I'm like, "I hope this lasts all day." Just can't get enough of this content! Way to go Andrew! BTW, how long did it finally take to finish uploading?
Brilliant ,had to watch it again to remind me of where this adventure started and how far you’ve come a lot of hard work and water under the bridge, don’t know what’s intended for this property but glad spring has arrived so we can see more progress
It’s amazing that where ever Andrews equipment need’s servicing, it gets it. Such a great reform of the land, beautiful sunsets. Thanks for a great job and video! Stay safe and healthy y’all !!👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
"I anticipate it's going to get messed up to some degree but lets see what happens." This is why Andrew is so damn popular he's not afraid to mess up stuff and fix it better.
Such an emotional 😭 beginning. Levi and my lab Bella we’re almost the same age at the same time. Just brings me back to some of her final adventures we had together. Thanks for the happy memories
I agree. Hard but great to see Levi for a bit. Cody sure mskes a great replacement but he is not the great Levi. Love all your vids. Been following for about 3 years. Keep it up Andrew. Always an adve ture with you.
You are awesome bud I’ve been watching you for years now. It’s amazing how you work and can do it all. I’m hooked seen everyone of your videos and always looking for more.keep it coming
The two most important things that are often overlooked when considering off grid living is dealing with your waste and having a water supply. Electricity and the fuel cost of humping in food all quickly adds up. I’m learning as I go it’s not as easy as just getting there lol.
I've never seen a video thats 3 hours long ever rack up this many views that quickly! Shows just how much support Andrew has on his channel, love the video!
That's one of the best Camarata videos I've ever seen. Top notch free entertainment covering a year long project. This was a great 3 hours to watch, my wife and I enjoyed the whole thing. Thanks for also including that close call with the two dozers, there are old pilots and bold pilots but not old bold pilots; careful out there space cowboy.
Andrew is living the good life. At 47 and a heavy equipment operator I wish I was smart enough and had the discipline Andrew had at his age I’m happy for him!
@Matt Tretter... I'm a soon to be ( 69 ) year old conservative fossil next month in fact as my son Bill Jr. is older than Andrew here, LOL! Great content provided here, Andrew is a non-stop bundle of energy! Bill... :~)
I have never subscribed to anybody's channel in the however many years I've been watching RU-vid videos, and I just subscribed to yours. I know a ton of people watch your videos and live vicariously through you. We all would love to have the skills and the balls to do exactly what you are doing. Love your work. Keep living the dream brother! ~Blu
Great video. Watched it all. Had the same problem with my RV furnace until I learned a trick from an old RV technician. He said to light the gas stove and let a burner or two burn for a couple of moments to get the propane flowing through the lines, then light the furnace, turn off the stove and enjoy. Sometimes air gets in the propane line going to the furnace and keeps it from igniting (sort of like vapor lock), the gas stove trick has worked for me more than once. Also, something as simple as a spider web can mess up the igniter. Great to see the older videos of Levi. My favorite one was when he jumped off of the boat dock to get in your boat, missed, and came up under the dock and you jumped in to save him and pulled him out unscathed!
After 3 days of watching in between work and sleep, this was truly a work of art. Thank you for the time and effort you put in to satisfy your subscribers. Can’t wait to see what this property brings for you. Secretly hoping for a “laying gravel on the new driveway” video.
@@dustinmeier9753 I did think about that after Nashville Slim commented. Though he used that rock to expand his "LOT". In any event, I just want to see Andrew do 2 miles of road work. LOL. I'm spoiled after watching a 3 hour video.
Aw right away the dogs are adorable. The full cycle with one being towed and the other running in front. They sure give us a lot of joy...I like to think we give them lots too :)
Andrew camarata The man who: -Used a chainsaw to install a radio in a car -Built a shipping container castle -Does a lot of "outside things" -Bought a mountain
It was so heartwarming to see Levi again, Thanks for that Andrew. This video is amazing, worth watching every second, i am also pleased that you did not sell off the bobcat back whenever you promised that you will sell it and to see it back in action was a very good feeling. The view up there after you cleared that area, was breathtaking. Everytime you go up that hill withwhatever is absolutely interesting to watch. I hope you continue doing what you are doing and at the same time keep enjoying it, you are a continued source of inspiration to us all. I hope your well and i wish you best of health and fortune for future endeavors
I miss your Old Friend Levis I still watch your repeats. I have been watching since my Military Accident. An After six years. I was seeing Lebis, Cody from a pups ! ( Levi when he was young ) Thank You keeping my interest! I lived threw you once a week. An Now see you once a month with fresh videos. So I go repeat ! Still Miss Levi( Great Dog)
Thanks Andrew! I was planning to go to hobby lobby and Home Depot until my husband saw you posted a 3 hour video and my whole afternoon had been in the house in the couch.. he loves your videos.. this one was awesome
There were many amazing things in this video, but the one i keep thinking about is Cody's consistent and enthusiastic participation in every task. Like, during the seeding, he was teasing the four wheeler the ENTIRE time! Keeping pace with bulldozers on every trail. Hopping into the passenger seat of the side by side on every trip. Right on, Cody!
Want to express appreciation for your efforts on keeping a channel up running. Really enjoy reaping the rewards of all your hard work! All I have to do is kick back and enjoy!
This is one of your top 10 best yet...bro you hit a gold mind with that rock pile..and that dozer is incredible...i knew they were strong ..but wow!.. That machine can't to it all.. but you sure can change the world with it... Great stuff...thanks for taking us with you...
I really like your mountaintop! It was hard seeing Levi like that. It reminded me of my own dogs when they got old, but it helps to remember that he had one of the best lives a dog could have.
Just finished watching it. Took me a couple start and stops to get through it all but it was a good video. This is better than most of the stuff on any subscription service. Thanks for letting us follow what you're doing and the interesting things you do. Now I'm off to the next video
Re-watching this for the first time since you published it. Such a great look back to where you started with the mountain property. This video is one of your top 3 for sure in my opinion.
I think everyone likes Andrew so much because he is so “what you see is what you get” he is so real nothing fake about him. I found his channel about 5 years ago looking for help fixing a chainsaw and been addicted ever since. Learned so much from him.
As a Brit I gotta say that was THE best 3 hours ive spent in a long time - watching a skilled young man living his dream. This is what life is all about. Hats off to your enterprising will to conquer all odds.
Andrew's really become one of my favorite channels. The interview yesterday was really cool. Neat to learn some background, but I was so happy to hear him say he has no plans to change any bit of his filming/videos.
Hey andrew, you probably wont see this but, I’m a 25 year old carpenter/builder and you are who i want to be when i grow up lol i love your attitude of seizing the day and going for it with your ideas. Youre a huge inspiration to me. Thank you for sharing your projects with us. At some point i hope to buy some land and live out of a tent as i build my own house
Camera work (drone while driving), editing, and the actual repairs ... always a top notch entertaining video. I can only imagine the total amount of change all of his work has brought to that mountain.
I clicked on this video thinking it might be 20 minutes. A few minutes in I looked at the time and it's THREE HOURS AND TWENTY MINUTES! A. Camarata feature films are always epic. I'm going to really enjoy this one.
Seriously man, of all the pages i follow on here(an theres a few lemme tell ya) your content is by far the most enjoyable for me! 3 hrs of great content is such a worthy watch for me, especially given there are dogs involved.... Also, i gotta say, your as real as they come also, you come across as just a regular guy doing shit he enjoys!!.... I love w atching your content, i live and work in a dog rescue here in Spain9am Irish originally) and when i come back to the van for my breaks, i always look forward to seeing if youve uploaded any new content, when i see you aint, i go back and start watching all youve done.
