That's what I thought at first but no you don't need to own a home to get a down-payment of 10%! This is actually my first home and I used a 2nd home mortgage that's why I can ge that rate! I can make a video more about this!

Hi Nasir, that's great! You already got a property to put out. I would start by furnishing your place and hiring a photographer to take pictures of your property. Then start assembling your team by having a cleaner, handyman, and lawnmower man. I usually find my cleaners on thumbtack and task rabbit. For photographers, you can try snappr. I hope this helps! @@NasirUddin-fo5gh yes you can do that but make sure you write in your description stating that they will have a private room and shared kitchen or bathroom. This is really important so your guests know what they're getting into. If you will be living there then you can do all the cleaning and the handy stuff
