I made a comment a while back encouraging you guys to keep going. I remember someone responding that i should not deceive people that how many people earn about £250k per year in this country? My point is this, just keep going and don't mind the nay sayers. I noticed that most people who are negative are usually going nowhere. To the glory of God since that comment we have bought 1 property in France another in Portugal(cash,no mortgage) and i have become a non executive director for 2 companies in addition to my day job. I'm not saying this to be proud. Im saying it to encourage you guys,give God all the glory and say it loudly that these things can be done by God's grace. Zuckerberg and Dangote don't have 2 heads, they just kept pushing. Tbh, money is not what pushes hubby and I, infact the properties are loaned to family and friends and short let most of the time. If you see hubby and I, we are usually in plain clothes 😂. Akanni and April please just keep pushing. One day, you will fully pay off that house in Jesus name. God bless. Thanks to Flo. I just got a new excuse for anything that happens - blame it on the object or other party😂😂😂. And yes, get the DNA done if you are concerned. It broke my uncle after finding out his son of 25years at the time was not biologically his. He lost his mind for a time...

The amount of jealousy that comes out of people pores, when there is ascendance in your life... Don't mind them. Your sharing and helping other's. If you pay cash its good. If you pay with mortgage the same is good. Mortgage is a fantastic money tool to buy more properties. Misery loves company. Keep progressing.
