Buying Two Subs From SVS: Sealed Or Ported? 

I agree with M Dog below and Channel. Get the SB 3000, more power, high peak power and no port chuffing.

IF your are watching 75% movies & 25% music go with svs pb3000.

For movies... ported. For music... sealed. If you want the best of both worlds like me... the JTR Captivator RS1 is sealed but reaches deep into those chest compressing sub frequencies when needed to rival any ported sub. It really is the best of both worlds. Its not cheap... but you won't need another sub.

Sealed. If you like the bwammp, bwammp get more power. SB 3000 PROS dual. Far more linear. The 3000's are the sweet spot in the SVS line.
