9:40 HUGE thing that Terrans basically never do anymore: deselecting your medivacs so that they keep healing while you micro your Bio around. It effectively gave Byun 2x the amount of healing that a Terran would normally get if they were stutter stepping their MMM all together at once.

i think Byun's style is just so difficult to play against in the midgame. 90% of terrans dont take that game 2 fight, 9.9999% of terrans might poke, and only Byun would go all in and win. he gets so much value out of his units.

I mean, honestly, no wonder his wrist is in such a bad shape, Byun is an absolute monster and his army movements and micro are out of this world, his bones and muscles simply can’t comprehend the greatness.

I've adopted a primitive style of Byuns play, except I add hellbats for Zerg. +3 weapons and armour with shield, stim and medivacs make marine/marauder/cyclone armies indestructible especially when your supply is maxed.

I think after Byun left for military service there was no longer any 'real' micro Terran player left on scene for quite a while... and it feels he has become a more balanced player now, won't be surprised if he becomes the next world champ.

TvP was ByuN's weakest match in last season of GSL. If he has it figured out, he will be a champion next year.

I feel like Stats called gg early in that second game. I mean, his collosus was still shooting those marauders and he had a second one coming up. They weren't SO MANY marauders left, and they were fairly even in workers. But I dunno, I'm not a pro player or anything of the sorts.

That is about as good as it gets!

I noticed in this game Byun basically went the same thing in 3 outta 4 of the games we don't know how stats won game 2 cause it wasn't shown in this video obvious those who saw this live or saw a recording know but from this vid we don't know. Stats should've went disruptors or immortal colssi even though that is expensive it would work out a fair bit better. Instead we see him do the same strat for the closing and it doesn't work out.

Not so sure if it'd make a difference but that forward blink by Stats at 9:46 bugs me a lot. I feel like those stalkers could've done a lot more if he didn't do that, but at the same time still feel that him losing was still inevitable. Cool micro by stats, but the middle engagement could've gone better maybe? I dunno..

Stats безусловно тоже, но отсутствие штормов / дисов наказывается против террана с викингами. Помню когда великий Maru проседал из за не понятного пренебрежения постройкой пары танков или мин, но боже как он турки ставит. В общем в этом матче чистый баланс имхо, stats не должен был победить такими войсками. P.s. Жду апа гелитронов. По прежнему мусорный юнит, как и рипер, реализуемый в паре секунд без права на жизнь в нормальных боях.

stats is the weirdest player i know. i saw his match vs reynor didnt micro once let 5 VR die without even activating charge or even attempting to micro. sometimes his micro is world class sometimes he looks bronze, idk why.
