I'm 56. Since I was 16 I have been dealing with increasing reactions to everything. Allergy test came back negative for everything. Doctors just said they didn't see anything. MRI showed deformed sinuses, forehead sinus shot large they are past my ears. Sinuses in my face and messed up as well. Right is so small it doesn't function, left is extremely large. When I was 55 a biological dentist discovered a molar on the left roots broke through into my sinus cavity and had been transferring everything I ate into my sinus cavity. My immune system was building antibodies to every food and it was killing me. My lymph system was swollen shut. My mouth and throat was is a constant state of anaphylaxis. This led a thinning of my skull. Which caused my forehead to shatter from the pressure change going up a mountain pass on a road trip a year before discovering the tooth. This release is very much needed as my bone is still very damaged two years after the break. Removing that tooth also freed me from reacting to every fruit and vegetable. The only thing I still react to is nuts

I have food sensitivities too. How are you doing now? Were you able to overcome nuts sensitivities by now? I'm working on my gut wall that ulcers made food particles to go into the bloodstream, causing all kinds of food sensitivities. At one point, I was down to 3 safe foods.

@@rhoni-Bin I am now a year and a half past the tooth being extracted. I have slowly added foods back in with success. I can now eat all fruits and veggies with no reaction. Cashews and pumpkin seeds are good too. I haven't tried cashews as the worst reaction I've ever had was after accidently eating a sliver of cashew. My chronic sinus infection is gone as well. For me, the cause of all my food reactions was that tooth allowing everything I ate to transfer into my sinus. There is no way for the body to digest it there so it became an immune issue. My body is healing and is no longer recognizing food as dangerous. For your gut I recommend going carnivore for 90 days. It put my husband's ulcerative colitis in full remission

Thank you so much for this. How often should I do this ? I was born via c section and was and still am very prone to fight flight response since I know myself. Since it is a very old issue by now, I suppose I should do it more than once to fix it?
@MsCeegee3
@MsCeegee3 13 дней назад
@@mervekoseoglu6202 (bodyworker here) actually- once might do it? If you felt a lot of release, and the next time, hardly anything, you might have done the job! But sometimes other tissues need some help to “come along” and or support the change- so you might have some added release if you repeat. Maybe try some of their other vids for whole body releases, and/or that belly button release… just to support that shift…

I had a birth using forceps and and head blunt force trauma to the back of my head which caused me three hours of hallucinations and another time my right side head was thrown into a car window and cracked the window and another time thrown from a horse landing in the ground and blacked out and another time had a blow to the front of my head and was out of it for hours. Maybe this is what I need !

Hi! Wonderful what you do! My grandnephew is now 10 years old and 2 years ago fell from a high bed with the back of his head (right, lower part) on the floor. Substantial brain injury with local bleeding. Now after 2 years a clear scoliosis is developing. Before the fall he was a normal kid, active, athletic in movement. Now he has a lot of pain in his back (high), easy headaches, concentration problems, etc. Do you have any special tips? And do you also advise taking the supplements at this age? Like to hear from you! Love Willeke

I’m so sorry that this happened. We’ve worked with essential oil with three for almost 8 years. The problem will be resolved and if there is a continuing issue or you need more feedback you can either call them or us directly and we will resolve it for you. I truly apologize that you had this experience. There’s been a lot of issues with shipping generally in the last 12 months.

How come the main breathing in these exercices are mouth breathing instead of nose breathing, since we are looking to reset the brain? I thought it was nose breathing that targets the upper body?
