I immediately loaded 40 pounds and felt the extra muscle tention when taking that kiss the floor dive! My 80 th birthday is a few months away so I search for these tips to focus on results.
I did this on the heaviest weight in my gym and the CABLE SNAPPED. knocked me out cold. I was actually using a long metal bar smashing down on my skull.. my watch even dial 911 haha.
I can’t do that can someone tell me what’s wrong, I can’t keep my hips fixated above my knees and during pushing down the rope I have no balance and fall on the floor its so annoying.
Crunch is personally the hardest form to perfect. I done so many yet never feel the tension in my abs and always goes in my back, i did fracture my spine in the lower back in three different places do that definately doesnt help, but i still wish to get a strong core
As a wise fitness influencer once said “you gotta arch your back like Beyoncé” when you do them it’ll stop you from bending as much from the hips and more from you core it should be a night and day difference at least it was for me… when I used to do them I did them with a straight back and I only felt it in my back and upper thighs but the second I started arching my back like he said I felt it so much more in my core it was crazy to me 😅😂😭
@@krzysztofczajka6752 yep i meant to explain that u need to "squeeze/flex" the muscle in the concentric face (contracting the muscle) and in the exentric (stretching it).
False. To activate your ABS you must press down firmly on the brake pedal and do not let go. It is normal to feel strange bumps and other movements but the important thing is to continue holding the pedal down until you come to a stop.
dont cruch too far tho, your spine really isnt built for a ton of bending like that consistently hence why situps are good but 10 situps a day for an entire month is very bad
