i used to do all my hard body modelling in cad, then put it through remesh, before cinema had remesh native it was a plugin. now it's a bit easier etc..

I'm very concerned about floating edgeflow on critical edges in this approach. I think the Z brush pipeline will give better results. 1 Do not make fillets on faces in CAD. 2 Make polygroups based on normals 3 Make a crease by PG and subdivide (if the shells are separated, then make a dynomesh with polygroups in high resolution) 4 make Zremesher with polygroups enabled@@Kuechmeister
