Very true!! LEGO charges $150+ for RC sets and they don't even come with a controller 😒 it doesn't make sense

Instructions? Pbbbt, who uses those?! That double sided plate would be a game changer for Lego! Also, the stickers need to go across the parts, that's what holds the car together when it crashes!🤣Great review!

If you like Lego and cars, they are really good!! They also have some cool sets based off buildings (not really my cup of tea, though) and the prices are really good

I would recommend it! The larger 1:12 scale RUF Yellowbird is the best thing I've built this year!!

i hate stickered assembly that require stickers over multiple pieces. but i have been doing it to some of my speed champions (Porshce 963 esp) to get better gap and texture alignement. however my compromise to this have been to use a scalpel to cut the line between the bricks to make them still seperatable. i know this is a little insane approach, just wanted to share.

Hey I appreciate your detailed response! And that is not insane at all! Or if it is insane, then I am insane too 🤣 I remember when lego used to do this, I did the exact same and sliced the stickers up myself (I remember specifically doing this to the 1:17 scale Racers Ferrari F430 set). Great suggestion!!

Nice review. Looks like a fun set, although I'm not into the RC thing. I built a couple of Reobrix sets awhile ago that used the same spoiler solution. I didn't like it much because the clips tore up the sticker on the spoiler. I ended up just taking the sticker off. I wish you'd published this a few weeks back. I have three CaDA Initial D sets on the way and could have used the discount!

You should check out Cobi sometime, they do make military stuff but they make really awesome officially licensed 1:12 scale (if i remember correctly) cars, like Opels, Maserati, and a few others
