I am caffeine free since around a year now, beside the direct positive effects it is also great to be able feel again how your heart reacts to other inputs like nutrition, psychology and physiology. It makes you basically more aware of your health overall if you know how to listen to your body in the long run since now you are much more sensitive. Good luck on your journey.
