I am caffeine free since around a year now, beside the direct positive effects it is also great to be able feel again how your heart reacts to other inputs like nutrition, psychology and physiology. It makes you basically more aware of your health overall if you know how to listen to your body in the long run since now you are much more sensitive. Good luck on your journey. I am sure that you also will collect the rewards later. :)

Hi Coach Elina! I am a man and was looking about morning routine power and came across your video! My mother-in-law told me about having a powerful morning routine! She wakes up at 5 am and does her morning routine power! After waking she does 45 minutes of dumbbells and then has very strong breakfast of bowl of overnight oats and a mixed smoothie of 5-6 different fruits! My MIL is very strong!!!

I’m not physically flexible, how to get started with the seemingly hard yoga positions? Should I first try to get more flexible, and only then go to yoga classes?
Thank you for your great question! I would recommend starting now: yoga helps you to improve your flexibility and mobility! Try to find a class or course for beginners. If it’s a beginner-level yoga class, the class should be simple without any circus tricks or poses that would require tremendous amounts of flexibility or strength. Beginners classes are slow-paced with a lot of modifications for every body. Often teachers can help new students to find variations that would work for them. :)
