I have to say that it does a heart good to see such heartfelt appreciation for such a great Man. Justin Wilson was adorable. It is obvious that Justin Wilson loved his roots and was very proud of where he was from. I think you represent him well.
I'm sure you are a wonderful cook and your production quality is very good but you really don't have the personality for television. That said I can and do appreciate the amount of hard word that went into this series. Good luck to you in your future endeavors.
David Mott I GENUINELY appreciate that Ken is keeping alive the great recipes of the South and of Justin Wilson. That said, “pep-puuur” does come off as fakery...especially when a green pepper is pronounced as “pepper.” Justin, after all, said something closer to “pep-ahh” Just cook and quit trying to be Justin. Your cooking is enough.
