Hello to everyone. I welcome you on my Channel . Today we will cook the cake "number"
for the holiday on March 8. We will use honey cakes as the basis.
First we prepare dough for honey cakes. First of all, slightly beat the eggs with salt.
In a separate bowl we combine honey, sugar and butter. Put it in a water bath
and heating. Once the ingredients are combined into a homogeneous mass, we add
soda and eggs. The mixture will whiten and increase in volume. We continue to heat it, constantly
stirring for another three or four minutes. Remove from the fire and cool to room temperature
Then we pour the sifted flour in parts and knead the thick dough. Dough will be
still pretty soft, but it's ok. In the refrigerator it will be sealed and it will be easily rolled out.
Put the dough in a bag and send it to the refrigerator for one and a half or two hours.
In advance, I prepared a pattern of number eight on a sheet of the format A4 (this is 30 by 20 centimeters).
After time, we take out the dough and divide it into three parts. Roll out the dough immediately
on parchment or baking mat, periodically comparing with our template.
Then apply the template and cut along the contour.
I did this with the back of the knife so as not to damage the baking mat.
Then heat the cake with a fork along the entire perimeter so that it does not spill when baking. Repeat this
procedure with the rest of the cakes, and from the rest of the dough roll out the last fourth cakes.
Send to bake in a heated oven up to 170 degrees Celsius for a few minutes.
Literally 3-4 - to a light blush. It is not necessary to dry the bark much or it will become fragile.
We give baked cakes a rest. I sent them to the freezer overnight and collected cake with
frozen cakes. In my opinion, this greatly simplifies the work. Just before the cake assembly,
we make cream: we get curd cheese from the refrigerator and briefly beat it with powdered sugar
in separate dishes beat cold cream to soft peaks
if you do not like curd cheese cream, then you can prepare cream fillet on sour cream,

Then we combine curd cheese and cream together. We shift the cream
in a confectionery bag with a round nozzle and put it on the first cake.
First along the outer contour, then along the inner and at the end we fill the middle.
We repeat this with all the other layers.
Send the cake to the refrigerator so that the cake layers are soaked in cream
Before serving on the table, we decorate the cake with berries and a pastry sprinkle
Cake "number" is very easy to cook and the result exceeds all expectations.
It is elegant, festive and tasty and can be timed to any event.

Здравствуйте можно ли конфи или карамель добавить как начинку?не будет ли слишком сладкий?

Здравствуйте. Всё зависит от того на сколько Вы сладкоежка :) . В конце концов всегда можете сделать небольшой пробник "начинки", чтобы понять на сколько она Вам подходит.
