I had a heel spur removal surgery and achilles bridge. Been 3 months since surgery, Im in a boot now partial weight bearing. It is tough. Cast in a month 2wks after surgery. Then a boot for a month. Pain comes and goes now. Some nerve damage and tingling in the heel and bottom of foot. Cant wait to be able to walk fully with physical therapy.
I have a huglands deformity and retrocalcaneal heel spur on both ankle. Cant run and jump anymore. Its very painful. I hope to have my surgery very soon
I have been diagnosed with heel spur syndrome. My doctor never recommended any surgery. I also bowl on my free time and I do get quite a bit of pain and discomfort. I have been looking into KT tape and ankle supports. Would would be best for me to be pain free while im bowling?
