As far as I’m concerned, the 9th Circus needs to have SCOTUS oversight over EVERY case that is brought to them. One of the best decisions I ever made. People need to realize it's going to get a hell of a lot worse in California before it gets better. If it ever gets better. The courts although throw bones the 2A way, it also takes a lot of time to get things overturned, i'm sorry but my life and safety are worth more than that. Props to the people for staying and trying but it's slowly gutting more and more of their rights.

There comes a point where not only are you outnumbered voting wise but also past the point where things can change for the better. I think that point is when Newsom was elected, because that is when California got really messed up and everything became more exacerbated than it already was. I was born and raised in California and loved growing up there but my future and safety is more important than fighting. Move to a free state and reinforce it, get involved with politics and keep that state free.

Aren't firearms and ammo already registered to owners in CA? Having a license is just double registration is it not? I could never live in a state like CA, I'm too used to freedom. In FL we can own any gun on the market, no registration, have any size magazine/drum, have as much ammo as we want shipped directly to our doorstep, don't need a permission slip from government to conceal carry and all gun laws are uniform throughout the entire state.
