How often do you incorporate the basics in your workouts? How beneficial are basic push ups, as opposed to planche push ups, at an advanced level? Andrea!!! Another great workout video that will definitely help in this journey. Thank you!

Basic push ups ironically is a better exercise for muscle growth than advanced planche stuff where you need a lots of balancing.

@@frog6054 What? Ive never heard shit like that before. Did u reallly just said planche has to mostly to do with balancing??? Planche is building a lot of muscle definitely in my opinion, balancing elements like handstand dont. Planche is a strength element

@@vergewissert Yes, it's not as unstable as say free handstand push-ups but you definitely need some balancing in order to do planche compare to normal push ups where it's as stable as you can be and doing planche won't really target your chest muscles effectively, it's a more shoulder focused exercise, and pike push ups is a better exercise than planche for shoulders muscle anyway. So, planche is not really that useful in hypertrophy training.

Creio que esse pensamento é incompleto mano, na calistenia é possível fazer agachamento a fundo e agachamento unilateral que são muito desafiadores. (Além de vários outros exercícios para inferiores) Na minha opinião o maior erro das pessoas é se acomodar nos exercícios para superiores e não treinar tão bem os inferiores.
