Je n'ai découvert les callisthénies que récemment, à l'âge de 49 ans. J'en fait un petit peu chez moi avec la chaise romaine. Je suis enfin content et réconcilié avec le sport... mais je regrette de ne pas les avoir découverts plus tôt. Si j'avais eu 20 ans en regardant cette vidéo et en suivant les conseils, je me serais bien amusé !

C'è scritti che dura 4 settimane. Ma quello che voglio sapere io è con il programma avanzato fatto tutto poi cosa fa chi ha acquistato? Su che parametri dovrà continuare ad allenarsi?

I hope you can answwer mi question😊 I started calisthenics like one year ago and I am 14 I started doing many basics and now im resting because of an injurie on my shoulder . My dream is mainly planche but also front lever, I recently have andvanced tuck front lever and only tuck planche.But my real question is that I wanna focus on a very hard planche training y desingned in which front lever isnt included.So is front lever achieved if i master the full planche or do i have to train also hard for it?? I say that becsuse i observed levels in front lever and planche are proportional.for example people that have straddle planche they have front lever. In my case i have tuck planche and adv tuck front lever (like if were proportionaly) Sorry for de bodering.your skills are amazing and i also love statics to thanks for everithing😊and i hope you can answer because it is important for me

l absolutely agree with you about the attention gymnasts get, not only gymnasts but also you and other calistenics athletes don't get attention they deserve, i wish one day all of you will get the support you deserve!
great video from a coaching perspective and also the part about the legs. I'm 186cm currently working on planche and now cutting back on leg training because I think it'll be better for me to add on mass again later when reaching the skill (therefore also faster).
