OrangeSunshine2 HE WAS PSYCHIC!! SHOOT I REMEMBER HAVING A BUNCH OF THESE AND USING THEM AT HOME AND IN SCHOOL AND NOW I DONT HAVE ANY, AND TO BUY SOME ITS A BIGGEST MISSION AND ALOT OF MONEY, UUGGHHH SOMEONE INVENT A TIME MACHINE ALREADY
I revisit it every few years lol. Just this morning my son did something ridiculous while getting ready for school and I responded by saying, "I CAN Believable. Like a leedle gell." He was very confused of course, so then I had to show him the video.... A new generation has been initiated.
The phone call is priceless but I also have to give props to whoever made the video. The still shots of the two guys…just perfect. And my favorite part is when the picture of the floppy drive flies/zooms in from afar during the pause before the worker says “No floppy drive.” I mean, someone actually took the time to enhance the audio with those visuals. Just sheer brilliance. 👍👏
I had a friend work at one of these places as a tech guy and one guy phoned him saying he couldnt get his computer turned on. Long story short it turned out the guy hadn't plugged the computer into the wall so... my friend told him he should put the computer back in the box and send it back because he was too stupid to own a computer. Needless to say, my buddy lost his job.
Heard this almost 20 years ago as an audio file that a friend forwarded in email. It was the best thing ever and I still say "I can beliebable". I laughed so hard. I never knew a video existed until now! I haven't heard this since that first time and it is still just as funny!! 😂
+Yoshino Shinriku I'd love to incorporate this word into regular conversations, But I'm pretty sure I'd just start to giggle on the third syllable and everyone will just assume I've gone insane...lol
One of my favorite vids. I used to be in a call center. if companies would let up on their greed and expectations out of reps then there would be better customer service. Also, customers blow. I quit that life b/c I was getting severely depressed. Never work at a call center. I'm very happy now that I'm out.
This is my favorite recorded call of all time! I actually have the real call center recording of this. He actually got the Dell computer for almost free. Thanks for posting it! I still use "I can believable" all the time.
I can't believe it! I used to work for Dell in 2006 and that was an inside call that they used to show us in private. I thought that I would never hear it again until I entered today to youtube and there it was, first in line in Related Videos. To the person who uploaded it, thanks!
TheCopyto it’s been leaked. Every call is indeed recorded, but realistically, no one is going to listen to all of them...until the company has a need to. In other words, the reason why this was leaked was because someone from the company was forced to pull the call and listen to it. The customer likely called back and escalated to a supervisor or filed a grievance.
I used to watch this video as a kid and die laughing now I’m an adult and do customer service so this is ten times funnier “no sirrr that’s not in the flyer” 😂😂😂
Customer service calls are not often released. There are a few out there. Your best bet is real calls from fake customer service. See "Phone Losers of America". RBCP(Brad) has been prank calling since the early 90s.
Speaking of annoying customers, I had a call that lasted over an hour, and believe it or not, basically all the customer had to do was drag and drop a bunch of files. We did a shared screen session and it took me about 10 minutes to teach him how to do it. He was taking notes on a sheet of paper the whole time. I could swear on everything in this universe that the guy was using a computer for the first time in his life.
Chris, So many people on the Internet are extremely tough, and so intelligent with their 50 cent words, and they are all so rich with the best of jobs and life styles, it could make me barf. 85% of these super cool tuff guys are skinny little punks who wear black t shirts with Metallica or Ozzy, printed on them who sit in a stale basement looking at a filthy computer with spittle all over the screen. And the remaining 15% would never waste their time with the likes of the utube crowd.. Love it or leave it I say. So Good bye all you freaks, ha ha.
Aimal Noman yes but in my opinion this is because the call center reps or telemarketers don't take no for an answer..when we say put us on the don't call list, and they dont, can ya blame us? a shame most people just talk...they wouldnt be like they are in person.
***** I worked at a call center for about 5 months last year and I can tell you that we had no control over whether or not someones number gets removed from our list. We are instructed to tell them we will remove it and then hit the do not call option after the call is over, but we all know that number is going back into the system to be called again. We can not help this, its programmed into the software. Be mad at the company not the guy making the calls. Trust me calling someone who doesn't want to be called is just as irritating for the telemarketer.
I’m literally in my working hours now and a customer just cursed at me, so I looked for videos were the agent cursed at the customer so that I can feel better 😣😣
I`m from Panama, ive worked in call centeres all my life and I have witnessed this behavior, we get payed 2 measly bucks an hour and the job enviroment sucks but this is no excuse to treat costumers like that, speciially when the American costumer was not being rude at all.
It's bizarre because I worked in a call centre for 6 years of my life and somehow I handled it okay. I then get out of that job for a better one, but there is still a call centre element to it, just not nearly as much. One day, management decides to pull me onto the phones to do "Service Desk" work (basically, right back where I started) - they did this because they're too cheap to hire new people and just multipurpose us existing agents. At first I thought I'd handle it okay...but no, somehow, I couldn't. It was agony, torture and all things bad. I just couldn't do it anymore - 6 years was enough abuse for me. I nearly went insane but by the grace of God, they eventually quit that routine and put me back to my new job (off of the phones). My point is, you don't realize what Hell is until you've gotten out and thrown back in again. I pray that I never have to work in a call centre ever again. Worst kind of job there is.
It is not the rep's fault. These are scripts provided by the company to their employees so that they give precise answers to their customers. They are expected to call every customer a "little girl" Great job!
I've worked in a call center and it is one of the the worst kinds of jobs you can get, plain horrible. I was waaaay happier shoveling snow outside all day, and I don't like to shovel snow.
i heard of a similar story once. "The customer had rang the tech store, to complain that he couldnt see anything on his monitor, so the techstore said someone will be out to you soon to fix it, 30mins later the tech guy shows up, and looks at the computer, try to determine what the problem is, he then reaches forward and turns the monitor on."
Jason Graves great career choice!! Add that to your resume..watched video on what not to do. But why update your resume when you will hold that same position until retirement. I think you got a pretty good plan there..you're set up pretty sweetly.
I work in customer service. This is a melt down from a person that has put up with Karens and shitasses like this daily. If some stupid boomer is going to waste my time for 40 mins only to change his mind I would mock him too.
This joke still valid after all this time... and took place in Panamá Central América where Dell had and has their business site operations... "Robert" (the real voice) became for fews a legend in many callcenters by that time because of this audio leak and Charlie Briceño (the guy acting in red) Just did that video for fun when no TikTok, Influencers or RU-vidrs existed... Even both live in Panamá, Im not sure if they know each other, I met Charlie in 2008 in a Bet Online ChatCenter and by the time he did the video I remember he said he didnt know Roberto... its been I while maybe they know each other now... but still a valid joke for Anyone in sales or customer service jajajajaja que locura!
I met that Roberto 20 years ago, I worked at Dell by that time, 😂 and that call was so epic and hilarious, I just talked to my son about the crazy calls in my call center experiences and was amazed to find this crazyness 😂
I like the salesperson; I have never heard a human being utter such hilarious sounds such as "oyyyyyy; I can believable". No disrespect to him as English clearly isn't his first language but the results are hilarious. Poor guy for having to take the brunt of his frustration but at least it resulted in entertainment for all of us; LOVE this clip!
I first hear this in like 2003-2004. I still say “I caaaan believable. All for speakers.” I shared this in a sales training as what NOT to do lol I still have a friend from that class and we have been quoting it together for 9 years now.
chistine lane no,!!! customer like you are why customer service sucks so bad....you know why? working at Call center is a very easy job, and what makes it hard are those dumb customers, we explain everything to them and they wont listen, they feel like they know better, there's one time I told my customer that "Listen sir, you sound like you know better than me, then why are you calling us, just go online and search it yourself" then I released the call and deactivate his account lol...Don't mess with the agents "IN THE KINGDOM OF THE BLIND, THE ONE EYED DWARF IS THE KING"
+MistaTofMaine price is a myth, when you can build value in something people will pay anything for it. A simple example is people will pay $5 for a Starbucks coffee they could make at home for 10 cents...
