I agree - $70 is a lot to pay for this. I'd have to read more reviews, but I know that there are other meditation apps out there that are cheaper or free. And I know this offers more than other apps, but I can get an app for free that will play calming sounds (which I really like). Great review! Thanks for all the information.

I did that too. There’s one that plays ad free with a black screen. The thing I noticed after using it for a few weeks for free is the number of RU-vid ads seems to have quadrupled to like every 2 minutes. I wonder if that’s related to hours of no ads while I’m sleeping or YT is just trying to become totally unwatchable.
I’ve had the Calm app since 2019 or 2020. I used it mostly for sleep. It had many free meditations and also premium meditations. Now they no longer have any free meditations. SMH
I just can't justify this price. I use the loop Fall Asleep On A Full Moon Night With Calming Wave Sounds. And it's free. I would like to see more on the damaging health and mental health effects of a lack of sleep on the app. Like the Ted Talk on sleep. Is that on there?
