While most of our days are filled with work and responsibilities, taking the time at the end of each day to look after ourselves will not only make us happier, but can also lead to increased productivity as a result of a healthy mind and body.
Like many others, there are often busy periods where I have a 60-hour workweek. However, I enjoy spending my night peacefully whenever I get the chance.

Calming down at the end of the day will result in being happier, increased productivity. 1. Watch the sunset on the balcony (10-15mins downtime) - no social media - do activity you enjoy and feel refreshed (rejuvenating mind and body) 2. Go to buy groceries - twice per week to minimize waste and avoid carrying heavy groceries home 3. Unpack groceries 4. cook dinner - homemade food is cheaper and healthier - rewarding - calming, when you do it to music - keep it simple or experiment 5. Eat in peace 6. Wash dishes right away 7. Turn on the diffuser and take a shower 8. Make a cup of hot tea 9. Catch up on some edits, finding music, replying to comments. While sipping tea. 10. Quick journal to plan for the next day. 11. Wrap up around 11 and fill the water bottle, head inside. 12. Brush teeth, no matter what 13. Play some peaceful music, put phone away. 14. Dim the lights, grab a book or Kindle to read. Sometimes head directly to sleep. Sleep 7-8h, minimum 6h.

Tea is one of my simple pleasures too. I usually build in an 15 extra minutes in the morning to drink a cup in bed. This helps me to wake up slowly and not start the day with a rush.

Since The Covid, I hardly if ever do Fast Food. Monday to Thursday I Brown Bag it, Friday I treat myself. I've also noticed that in The Asian Community Rice and Vegetables are very popular, and when you visit their Homes, they are so clean, neat organized. No overcluttering, very Zen and peaceful and they have wonderful gadgets to use for studying whether it's pens, pencils, notebooks and the like.

Thank You! Not really strict on diets, but I always make sure to at least get the right ratio of protein, carbs and fiber. Also, my breakfast is fixed, either a smoothie or overnight oats to get that nutrition and fiber early in the day. Will be making a video on cleaning routine soon, it's been on my list of topics to cover, stay tuned!

Thanks! I live with my girlfriend so that part is sorted out. Scheduled call with my parents and sister every Sunday to catch up and talk. For friends, I have a weekly football game where we’d have fun and catch up. A zoom call every month with close childhood friends who are based overseas. Other than that it’s just the occasional lunch or dinner to catch up.
