Hi Everyone! I lost 12kg from using this as the main starting point of my weightloss journey. Doing this again, bring me back to last year when I cried often while doing this as I was too overweight and unfit. Together with this, and her other weighted workouts, along with running, hiking and swimming, I went from a size XL to S for my bottom and M for my tops. This girl is a miracle worker!
Hi..congratulations on the weight loss....Can you please share your workout routine? What other workouts did you do together with this routine and how many times a week?
@@kritikagangnani8328 Thank you! I did this 3 times a week and did the "30 Min strength Training" once or twice a week. With any workout plan, you will need to increase weight/resistance or do more as your body will get used to the workout and won't lose weight. So what I do is I increase the number of days from 3 to 4 and run more and further week by week. :)
@@insaabinsaab2126 I took 1 year to lose 15kg. About 1 mth to lose my first 3-4kg. I ate healthy and clean, cooked every meal for weekdays, but was more liberal on weekends as I'm with my family/friends on weekends. Diet really helps. I hardly lost weight when i was eating my normal fried food. It was only when I ate well, did I lose faster.
During the V Tuck, I didn't manage to do it in form and I just ended up crying over failing another thing in life. But I knocked myself out of my self hate and did it. I'm so proud. What a killer workout!
Love this workout ...initially I found it very difficult ...but surprisingly even after months of working out It's still difficult .....but I can do it. Some exercises can never be easy ...like planks groiners squats I mean all the exercises in this workout are challenging ... I.did it...and I love it... Lost some 4 kgs weight ....😊😊😊
UPDATE Y’ALL !!!! Couldn’t find any comments about results but decided to start this challenge. Just finished the first session couldn’t do the kneel to squat to save my life for the first circuit, fell on my face trying to squat again. But I guess no pain no gain🤣. Will be back in a month. I’ll even set a reminder so I can comment back on this I promise 😀 do we do the strength training on the other days or on the same day as this one, does anyone know? Okay so I didn’t want to wait until next week to update y’all but I lost 4inches off my stomach!! I know it’s not a lot but it’s still progress. I use this vid, the strength training vid (both alternating days) and 10,000 step challenge by Joanna. With the step challenge I do 15mins (first round) then leave it and bit by bit throughout the day when I find myself doing nothing I do the rest of the vid THANK YOU SO MUCH JOANNA YOU ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER 😭😩💖🥺
It's now my 2nd day for this excercise. Current weight is 64 kgs, will get back in a month after some improvement and yes it's not that easy but i am liking it. Thankyou so much for this motivational workout

I could burn more than 60000 in 30 days if I tried to burn them because every time I go to the gym i burn 1 to 2 thousand calories and I go 4 times a week

Hi Joanna, I did this workout today as my Christmas day workout. Only managed to do half of it cos my legs were on fire. Thank you so much for being such a fitness inspiration! I will attempt to come back to this to finish the workout in style!
pgpgpgp I’m 246 pounds and I do her cardio workout (no jumping or equipment) I’ll link it to you if you want! I was 256 when I started doing her workout, and so far with dieting it’s helped me so much. In the beginning it’s hard, but after a while I’m able to do it everyday with no problem
You don’t know how long 4 minutes actually is until you do Joannas workouts 😂❤️ anyways I’ve been doing this workout for two weeks an I lost 2 pounds! Not much but it’s something and if anyone is curious I didn’t diet or anything so maybe that’s why I didn’t lose a lot of weight 😂 but onto my 3rd week! 💪🏾
I have been following your workouts for quite a while I just tried this workout. I have to say I feel pretty great and I didn't struggle as much as I thought I would but the pain is definitely there

Whoa..what a work out.. excellent.. i follow ur challenges..I'm looking for the new challenge for next month..u gave me this..i vl definitely give a try..i vl do for one set in the beginning and two sets afterwards..coz after a short time i start sweating..nd i can't breath..I'm sweating just by watching this video..thanks a lot for this new challenge..like it..
I just found this on my recommendation videos. This is my third day doing it and i am amazed because i have never sweat this much. I feel so strong after this haha😂
I’ve been doing your 20 minute cardio workout everyday since this past Thursday (before that it was just two times a week with weight lifts) to prepare for National Guard basic training, I’m currently 246 pounds (originally 256) and I have to lose weight in a year and six months (I have to be 130-140 to get into the national guard) I just wanted to thank you, because I’m bad at working out but your videos are really inspirational to me. I might not be able to do this one yet (too much jumping) but maybe in a month or so!

Hey Joanna love your workouts. But I got tennis elbow recently and not able to do the pushups due to pain. Can you please suggest any alternative move of pushups? That'll be very helpful. ❤️
This a very easy challenge. Just by living the average male burns about 1,500 calories per day -- that's called the BMR or Basal Metabolic Rate. So 1,500 calories x 30 days = 45,000 calories burned without doing anything other than just being alive
Chloe tings workout are nothing.... Just do this you are gonna love it and shine more and more every passing day First day.. Took 45 min to complete it but.stopped during the last sprinter after 35 sec.. Will try to improve it

Swear...I make the ugliest, most painful facial expressions while doing this workout. But totally worth it! My clothes are damp with sweat. All thanks to you Joanna 😘😘
I am gonna do this challenge every once in a week for a month. I am currently 47kgs and 168cm tall. I will make notes here from today Week 1 : I feel pretty worked out. During the workout, I felt a lil light headed and occasionally very thirsty. Couldn't complete also, only did upto 20 mins!
I can't able to perform in this workout properly maybe because it's my first day doing this ! And I really want my second day to be productive and complete please bless me ❤️
