@@sasirekha3211 Sometimes you may have it for instant energy as it contains mostly Carbohydrates with some vitamins and minerals. These Rasna packets contain mostly added sugar, so better to avoid them. Have some fruit that works better.

If protein rich food like pulses have high calorie or almost same calorie as carbohydrate then why it is recommended to have protein rich food and avoid carbs ,just because protein keeps us full for longer time or any other benefit. Also , I would like to understand more about a simple cabs and complex carbs ,As I can see you have calculated oats (complex carbs ) also same calorie as a normal white rice or chapati. what is the difference it will make in my body for weight loss .Please reply
First of all, I suggest you to focus on fat loss instead of weight loss. For fat loss, you must be in a Calorie deficit.
