Man I really appreciate you posting this.Honestly, I don't want to be a touring/pro musician. But this just motivates me more to keep putting in work to be the best I can be and help others.
Incredibly AWESOME😲! I really want to give BIG-UPS to these three guys who thought enough of beginner musicians (like myself), to take time out of their laborious schedules to share of their own personal musician experiences! If you noticed, Calvin Roger's shirt was still wet from the perspiration from the session they just completed. I wish that MORE black gospel music superstar musicians would share their testimonies with little church musicians like myself. Great thanks to C-dub for posting this clip👍! I want to encourage these three brethren of the most high God with these few words. There are thousands of low-level basic church musicians like myself who have been listening to you guys play for several years now. Please don't let us down by selling out to some secular artist. Please stay with gospel music and with the Lord until Jesus comes back for us (the saints)!
Ah man! That was awesome! I have been wanting to hear some insight into my favorite musicians and here it is. (Now if I can just get Maurice to post some bass tutorials on RU-vid or Calvin to breakdown how he set up his kit I will be happy.) Keep the behind the scenes videos coming, C-Dub. They are great and I will see you guys in Atlanta Saturday.
It's awesome to know that the greats got kicked off the stage or record, but bounced back. They also learned the hard way, that's why their innovators, not copies. This is a very cool video and motivation for us to keep going. Thanks, C-Dub!
Great stories from amazing musicians but even though we have RU-vid and instructional videos, I think listening to records and playing with them is still important and a good tool.
