Calzone in a pan, 3 ingredients, without yeast! Ready in minutes! 

This recipe is very simple to make, it takes 2 minutes for the dough, and we can do it both in a mixer or by hand. You will get soft trousers (similar to sofficini) and more crunchy on the outside.
For the sauce I used the sauce, fontina and raw ham but you can add whatever you like, the only thing is that if you put the mozzarella you have to drain it well first or take the one for pizzas (you can also make a sweet dressing).
The dough I have divided into 5 parts but you can divide it into several pieces if you want calzoni with a thinner (therefore more crunchy) dough.
