On this adventure, I head out with the Desert Brotherhood camping group and explore a WW2 training ground used back in the early 1940's. General Patton created several massive training camps out in the Mojave Desert, and we intended to check one out. Seeking out places on Google Earth and we stumbled upon this place. This is a legendary trip and I can't wait to revisit our 'Camp Granite' spot again.
