Hey TrailWalker, Yep, I'm pretty happy with how this design helps me use as much of the space under the platform, as easily as possible. Initially it was to enable me to carry the Chuck Box inside the Jeep in that space, but the Pantry box is now a bonus. I can pull it completely out, pack it with goodies, then just slip it into the spot it's designed to fit. Cheers.

I did the camping platform and it was easy to keep stuff organized when I went camping. Kept forgetting what tub I placed my stove and pots tho. So I will try this. Thanks!!

Hey Jj e9!!, I am really happy with it, as I can pull the box out and use it anywhere I want to set up. I can use it at the back of the Jeep as demonstrated in the video, or take it into my screen tent, etc. It's a little effort to make it, but once you have it, it's done. Have fun. Cheers.

Love this setup! I wonder... A self-supporting, side sliding lid on the Chuck box...? Hmmmm Just slide it to the side and instant prep table.

Hey Eric, Thats a great idea to have a side sliding top. I think it would be better and easier than the flip open top. Just have to determine the mechanism to facilitate the idea. Let me know what you think would work? Thanks. Cheers.

@@CheaperJeeperTV I was thinking cabinet sliders, which are kinda pricey, though. Just trying to think how they could be mounted without blocking the boxes from sliding out the front...? And of course, there is always the worry off it tipping because of weight on it! Maybe just an adjustable tent pole from Canadian Tire as a better prop 💪

@@danmalloy6908 Commercialky constructed boxes, in whatever material are many hundreds of dollars and they may not “fit” your arrangement in your vehicle. Doin this isn’t even one hundred and is custom to take advantage of every bit of space. The extra pantry box to fill the space was an added bonus that I’m pretty pleased about. Cheers.
