UAE Emirates with Adam Yates and Joao Almeida performed really well in the first two Tour de Suisse mountain stages. Adam Yates was the fastest climber from the GC group on both days, while Almeida pushed high watts and performed exceptionally. Egan Bernal, Enric Mas, Matthew Riccitello, Mattias Skjelmose, Tom Pidcock and Oscar Onley performed on one or both days.

I fucking love Adam Yates man, he’s so good and also he takes so much wind, he’s always half wheeling on the climb and then randomly half wheels or moves himself up in the wind on the flat all the time

'Choked against a 71kg Canadian rouleur' 😂 Worth noting that Del Toro in addition to his crash yesterday had bad positioning prior to his pull today and still finished 11th/12th on the two stages. Positioning was an issue in Tirreno also and he still got 4th in GC. The guy's raw ability is frightening.

I agree that Almeida can't win Tour but I think he's good on harder stages and specially 3rd weeks 😁

You have to take your hat off to fdj lol - crappy team no decent results but they can be honourable enough to not take Martinez to the tour because he’s leaving the team lol
