Thank you very much for this video! I assumed the answer, but it is nice to hear a confirmation sometimes, as there are a lot of "you should" and "you shouldn't" types of videos and opinions out there. Personally, I like to take it slow during these days, but for me, slow and short yoga flows rather make me feel better than worse and help me reconnect with my body. But like in other times of discomfort in my body, I only do what feels right in the moment and adjust or skip programs or poses that just don't for me right now. Therefore, I really appreciate flows that offer some variants for poses, so I can adjust by myself even if I am not an experienced yoga practicioner.
