Can I Raise a Cane Corso in an Apartment? 

I have raised my Cane Corso in a tiny studio in San Francisco. As long as you get enough exercise and train them properly he will be fine. You need to train them to bark and be quiet on command. You will have to take the training and socialization very VERY seriously if you plan to get a Corso in an apartment.

Excellent explanation. Majority of people don't realize, they can't have lazy habits with a Cane Corso. In an apartment, you better have a field space in the apartments or a large park you can walk to nearby. TRAINING is a must. The 'sound' part for barking. Great point as well.

I have Cane Corso and Presa Canario Very very Extremely Protective and Guardian.. female 125 pds yes they naturally supposed to have yards However I live in apartment 3 bd nothing but space for roaming... Plus exercise minimum mile @ day sometimes 2 or 3... Yes there barks are deep n loud and u also just check your surroundings before you just open your door so if someone is out there you politely tell them you're about to bring your beast out lol...

Question - My mums cane corsa, 9-10 month's, randomly walked in earlier with my used knickers in his mouth chewing open the crotch area literally putting them in my hand to show me. Why is he chewing my socks and used underwear suddenly?

The one thing I resent about having my 3 y.o. corso living in a tiny apartment is that I, unwillingly, deprive him of some free movements even when we play. Corso are what the name implies, they are tough, real tough by nature. The fact that I can not be let free even at the dog park doen not help. In there other dogs fear him and antagonise him. I basically can not give him the opportunity to have a quick but full outburst of energy unless I take him there at night when there are no other dogs. Training him to be social with other dogs is imperative but it is not a 100% problem solution as other dogs may not be socialised nor be smart enough to stay clear from him. If a corso bites, he causes real damages very very quickly. I found out with mine and it so hard to control him if something is not forseen. Still, he is and will be, my family,
