usually it can also do to compensation 2° to an antalgic gait pattern..The lower body is a kinetic chain..They all work together. So what you are saying is that if the hips muscles are not strong enough to stabilize the pelvic then all those weight can shift down on the knee joints and create more pain..Great video sir.

What about a patella fracture then low back issues during knee recovery PT? My knee recovery was going really well until the low back issue and now knee is constantly stiff with less flexibility.

Could a bilateral knee problem such as torn meniscus and tendonitis of the knee over the years be a cause or partial cause of lumbar spinal stenosis and lumbar herniated disk and cervical strain?

I've had terrible back pain and knee pain. I had a laminectomy that did not relieve my back pain, at all. Yesterday I had steroid injections in both knees for arthritis, and now my knees and my back are pain free. Explain that.

A steroid injection temporarily calms inflammation. Is your question how steroid injections in your knee eliminated pain in your back?

Each client is different. As each knee injury has specific areas of the knee that are causing the referred pain. As a result specific regions of the body are either utilised more or not used as prior to the injury. That said yes I agree the lower back can result in lower abdomen pain and knee pain. Basically it is a case by case assessment. To generically state that back pain causes knee pain is not good medical practice.

I was doing a vipassanai lotus pose n after that have been having difficulty with the right knee n now with the hip. When I sit crossed leg or with knees folded, have difficulty unfolding the right knee.

I have a knee issue and now i have terrible hip and lower back pain, how are they not related yet i have not had back problems before. I think it is not always the underlying back problem that comes first

@@selenasb4ach852 still struggling with it but going through physiotherapy now. You need to go see an orthopedic specialist they'll advise you what to do. I had experienced a knee injury sometimes back, wasn't so painful till after like 7years yet all that time i was walking with a badly aligned knee , was realigned but almost all my joints had adapted to the bad alignment including the back which can get so painful. The earlier you go see the specialist the better.

So the overwhelming majority of doctors in ortho and spine clinics are all clueless but you?... You've got it right. I'm actually dealing with these issues myself personally and if you'd like some literature from pubmed that disagrees with you're perspective I'd be happy to forward you the 20+ medical research papers I used for my disability claim support with the VA.
