Ok but what if the SA was committed by an animal? Or you died and your pets had their way with you? Would they have to be put down? What if the human got pregnant from the animal on human SA, and the female/transmale decided to keep the fetus and allow it to gestate to fruition? Could the court step in and terminate the pregnancy?

Great question.. crown cannot prove the mental element involved in a crime committed by an animal.. charges will be dropped

In what universe could sexual assault not be an indictable offense lol…thing is some people need to hear this. “But bro-bro…in uzrakabestikastan it’s totally legal!” Like stfu you’re not doing yourself any favors.
