Dr. Mehrub, your multidimensional analysis is just amazing, not sure about this podcast, just started but your recent lecture in Black hole was a mind opener.
I heard this podcast completely and wish to salute Mehrub for her clarity of thought and expression of truth boldly. Pakistan Government should give a serious thought to her views which very sane and realistic.
Amazing: The guest restates the condensed wisdom of Sanatani. And Faisal bhai was blown away in wonderment! It's a good thing, no matter who the messenger is.
Mr Gurmani chooses his interviewees wisely and brings out their best by his line of questioning. Dr Mehrub is an articulate young person and speaks with a lot of confidence. It is refreshing to see these interviews.

Issues are same for Pakistanis when we have to find some specific issues regarding transgender community I think providing the medical assistance to the people skill development education and other facilities to be the part of society for this community they are intelligent and genius and have all ability to live further
Previously societies used to focus on prohibiting certain acts ("sodomy"). In the 19th century (according to Foucault) a new category of person was created ("the homosexual"). However, I disagree with Mehrub that the word "homosexual" is problematic. It simply means a man who is attracted to men the same way that "heterosexual" men are attracted to women. The problem in Pakistan (and other Islamic countries) is that we all know that men are attracted to men but we require them to remain in the closet, enter into marriages with women and produce children. Our society is hypocritical. We all know that LGBTQ exist but as long as they are hiding it, we are ok with it. A secular democratic state would allow people to love whom they like, marry who they like etc. We in Pakistan can't even get rid of Section 377.
