People quite often don’t link their name to a company properly , so a good thing to do is when searching people via recruiter , is to also put a company name in quotation marks along with the actual company’s drop down name ,as this often brings up those candidates who have’t linked themselves properly to the company they work for and have simply typed in the company name on their profile

I tried zip recruiter, agency leads, nurse-recruiter and it was a waste of money now IHire is trying to pitch a good game? Any experience with IHire?

Your tips never miss Kadz! I'd be keen to know if you ever use cheap free lancers for CV sourcing too as another alternative? I recently set up my agency and have considered if it is worth it to go on in the background.

I don't, have tried freelance and internal staff but never works out for me... i feel any good recruiter will have their own agency not freelance
