Tbh it's easier on hard surface. You can have a faster time. But on grass it's harder.

Here u don't have to compete with anyone or u will gas out quickly. U gotta find a proper pace then build the momentum, mantain it and finish strong, shuttle runs are based on endurance in all aspects, otherwise Fantastic workout gents 👏 💙🗽🌍✊

I think Beauden did his PB outside, on grass, with rugby boots. You know, like a rugby test. Indoors is more basketball. Harder surface more action re-action off the ground. PS : (5.12)

Goodmorning guys just want to share some info Bronco test = 2.4km Fastest time on Bronco was 43 sec that's brilliant Slowest time was 1min and 29 sec that's still good 10 players manage to run every set under 60s Bronco test is a international test for rugby players You guys have done brilliant and I'm proud of the boys Keep up the Hard work at practice and you will see the results when the rugby starts 10th of jan.its harder on Grass
