This is not the yoyo test. This is the beep test. Yoyo starts at level 5 then jumps to 9 then 11 and continues from there. Also 3 beeps. 1 to take-off 1 to reach other line 1 to be back at start waiting 10secs for next rep

Bit dishonest to put Itoje on the thumbnail whereas he’s not in the video… you don’t need to do this World Rugby! your videos are great, with or without Itoje!

*Down and ups.* We do those in New Zealand and Australia - essentially a shuttle but you dive down on each line and at the turn. _Absolute_ killer.

This is not the yo yo test. The yo yo test is called yo yo because there’s a section where you walk for a few metres and then back to the start. This looks like the bleep test.

Greg is a former Irish international who was always the fittest guy on his squad. I'm guessing there's a difference in the test you do and the one they just did.
