In today’s episode he meets Mark and Katie Locke and their young son Charlie who live in a four bedroom, converted coach house in Upper Clatford in Hampshire.
With Mark spending much of the working week in London they want to swap to a lower priced family home, release some equity and buy a flat in the city.
Due to work commitments Andrew and Alison Hodges want to swap their pretty cottage in the sought after new Forest for a new family home a little further north. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day it’s up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations will the couples decide to swap homes for good?
