Warmup
2-3 rounds 15reps each exercise
1. Front squats INTO Squats jumps
3set x 15reps each
2. B-Stance Hip Thrusts INTO (normal stance) Hip thrusts
3set x 12-15reps each
3. Feet elevated Split Squats
4set x 10-12reps each leg
4. Rumanian Deadlift INTO DB Pull through
3set x 10-12reps
5. Glute bridge INTO Frog pumps
3set x 15-20reps each

In this video, I show you a leg & glutes workout with dumbbells only. You need no other equipment. If you want to spice up some of the exercises I recommend using a resistance band of some kind.

Please do more of these videos for different body parts. I usually go to the gym at 4pm and it's usually dead but today was stupid busy. I was running in circles trying to find open space for all the exercises and halfway in I started feeling overwhelmed. So more workouts where it's all in one place, with only dumbbells or only cable would be amazing!

I do the same, everyday at home 30 min legs and arms workout and 300 abs. It works great, like going at the gym. RU-vid is full of tutorials.. 💕

This is my favorite workout for Saturdays. It takes me about an hour to complete it and afterwards, I feel AMAZING. And then I run 2 miles and try not to die. LOL. On a serious note - I gained 12 lbs during quarantine and this workout helped me get back on track and become a healthier, stronger person - both mentally and physically. Thank you Hanna!

This is so incredibly helpful! My university's gym only has one squat rack and very few benches for hip thrusts, so I always feel lost when I have to come up with alternatives to, well, most of my workout. It can be really demotivating. More videos likes this would be great!

It’s really weird to see a busy gym at the moment. It was so dead around Christmas and now I can barely find a spot to train! 😅 I really wish that everyone is gonna stick to the gym forever though. And not just for January. Because it makes me go super early, and also cause it’s nice to see so many people sweating all together 💪🏻 Btw you are sooo pretty!! Omg! Thank you these are amazing thank you thank you. Life saver I am knew to these types of workouts and I am afraid of the gym when it is so crowded and being that I don’t know much as I am just starting to learn this works out great especially now that the gyms have closed and I have to work out at home I can improvise and still get a workout for the next two weeks with one of these workouts as one of then 😘 again so grateful for you knowledge and for sharing it with us.
