1. KAS hip thrust 3 sets, 6-9 10-12 15-20
1. Romanian deadlifts 2 sets, 6-9 10-12
2. Bulgarian split squats 3 sets, 6-9 10-12 12-15 each leg
4. Step ups 3 sets, 8-10 10-12 10-12 with drop sets no weight
