The day has come. The final Jumbo Sherman video... In this episode we drive it to the shipping yard and have it lifted off the lowbed. We appreciate everyone supporting the project and hope you all understand why it was best to pass on the project to a full team that can give the tank the restoration it deserves. They get a lot bigger than that, that yellow Hyster in the background is probably rated to lift 40ton...Whats funny is the lift chains are only anchored to the carriage by two small pins which will be no more than an inch in diameter..

@@VFRSTREETFIGHTER I genuinely thought it was another jumbo in this vid until he said it will be shipped to England. I’m following their restoration and are fairly well into now and only seeing these vids be uploaded now was confusing

@@paoloviti6156 yeah they do, they have a whole bunch of vehicles their not only for the museum but for the paint-balling and tank driving experiences they do too

2:08 I'm pretty sure the Brits don't fancy their country being lumped in with Europe... :-) ...although, UK was the launching point for Normandy / D-Day. Fork-lifting the tank: what did he say. "50" so, was that 50,000 pounds? and,did you see the squished the front tires? the rear tires didn't look like they were holding much of the load. Cool video . . . I still like that flower truck you've got out front. I see it's a well-maintained garden.

Europe and the European Union are different things, the UK is still in Europe, Brexit didn't change that
