@@israbebo9133 mai ghar ka bna khana khati thi... Jaise mrng mai poha,roti sabzi,upma,oats chilla or idli sambhar.. Mid mrng koi bhi seasonal fruit .. Fir lunch mai ek roti sath mai daal, sabzi, dahi or khub sara salad..Evng mai chai or hand full murmure, makhane, bhune channe.. Dinner mai daal n rice.. Bas portion control kr ke khana hai.. And evening mai 7000 steps walk krti thi or thoda sa stretching exercise 😊😊

My highest walk is 27000 steps approximately 18 km. Usually i walk 11000 to 12000 steps daily and take healthy and home made food . This will only maintain my ideal weight

I walked for 19 days straight and following my intermittent fasting regime i loose 5 kgs. From 65 kgs to 60 kg. Now my target is to reduce more 5-6 kgs in 19 days straight. I had junk foods during these days. But in a controlled manner.

@@jaswanth_kumar_k not really, like I go a park with a 1km lomg track. Before, I used to walk for 4 laps but now I do 8. Like you can take a break after 5000 steps because our calories burn according to the energy we used. Similirarly if you go a gym and use other gym equipment not tredmail , you might lose more calories in much lesser time because you will be using more energy.

See are u following a good diet ? Try to reduce portion of meals but don't skip them...include lots of fruits and vegetables , enough protein and reduce fat and sweets....also make sure u don't have any underlying health condition that is affecting your weight

My weight is 91KGS. I use to Walk every day one hour, with 4.5 Km/h. After my 2 Hours Mixing activities. I will Chek my Total calories burned. Every time I am confused because for 1 Hour walk with 4.5 KM/h My Smart watch showing only 90 Kcal. As per your table shown it’s I should suppose to burn 285 Calories. Is smart watch can show accurate results or not ??? Plz can you anybody clarify my doubt. I use to do every day 35 Minutes Outdoor Cycling, immediate I will walk one hour, Other exercises for 20 Minutes. Total Duration of my activities are nearly 2 Hours every day. What I disappoint is finally when I Chek my smart watch it’s shows not more than 250 Calories which is very demotivating me that I burned very lesser Calories even though my 2 hour activity. Plz any body can help me & answer why those smart watch showing very lesser calories burned.
