Myths and Cool Ideas and Questions - I experiment to find out if you can sabotage an L-Class Destroyer from the top deck. Considering it's a enemy vehicle, if you are on it and it is moving, due to coding it will road kill you.

The out of bounds timer is the single most annoying part of the entire Battlefield series. If they want to keep it in future games, the time needs to be set to where you can reasonably turn around to avoid instadeath.

@@Niccaman unrelated but when you take the boat (its almost impossible) its nationis flag becomes a pirate flag. Edit: I was talking about the L class destroyer.

I honestly think that having one support with a wrench standing on a destroyer can be very useful, quick repairs and can lay down some suppressive fire on the ground infantry with the bipod, both the parabellum suppressive and the mg15 suppressive should do a good job

Dice should just remove the ability for L Class destroyers to roadkill players and add ladders to the side of them... so we can have boarding parties

While I appreciate your attempt to be a complete asshole, the reason I want the Destroyers not to be able to road kill is so you can climb all over them without being killed randomly like in the video.

This same thing happens if you hop onto any enemy vehicle. While I agree they should change the way roadkills work a little bit, and we should be able to walk around on top of the enemy tank and point and make faces at the pilot.

For everyone asking "how did he get the suppressed C96" or "C96 for the support". It's a pilot/tanker weapon in the base game which you can unlock.

You could say "warms my hearth", though it's not as common as "warms my heart".

Either the area around a fireplace OR used as a symbol for ones home. "Warms my hearth" being a form of imagery representing the happiness one receives in having their home warmed during a cold winter for instance, or the pleasure of a nice roasting fireplace in contrast to the cold, bleak winter.

You can be on anything at full speed, you just can't stand in front of a wall or any other object in the the path of the momentum. That'll count as a roadkill.

You can pull parachute literally just before you hit the ground and take 0 damage. quick tip to save a few seconds. entertaining video as always :)

Just like with any other enemy vehicle, when it's moving, the vehicle will kill you. That's why you kept getting killed for no apparent reason.

This is why DICE needs to make it so you will be put on the deck of the destroyer instead of just dropping into the water when you get out. Assaults could easily air drop and use dynamite or something

Its possible to escape from out of the bounds if you brake immidiately and start going backwards. And also you can kill anything with naval mines, even airship when you deploy mines wait a moment and then deploy bombs and they will trigger mines. I already killed three airships like this. By the way dreadnought and destroyers killed by roadkill not cannons.

In my experience the airships are either made out of Papier-Maîché or Titanium. There is no in-between.

it would be great if Doom49 got his 64 Doom49ers together and had a ship battle with the destroyers and dreadnoughts and had all the players on each team who werent manning a gun be on the boat and have the boats next to eachother so that they could manually attack the ships

I've killed an airship with mines. the mines seem to have an "arm" time, so if they bounce off too soon the mines won't detonate. They need to stay still.

A L class got stuck on the walk ramp for the main invasion ship. I hit it with 4 AT rockets then a random support resupplied me and another 4 rockets blew that L class up.

If you want to really troll your enemy. Jump into a plane and fly directly over the destoryer, then jump ship and land on the deck right next to the main gun. Take out your repair tool and just started hammering, you'll do damage and eventually blow up the ship. Best thing too is that there is no way for the ship to shoot you off with the main gun. It's priceless

when you start hitting the ship with your wrench, you will give out your location, tho they cant see you, they roughly know your location. sooo best solution is just to shoot blindly into that particular area.. voilla

Even years later, I would still like to know who the hell balanced the repair tool damage. If you shoot the hull with the Tankgewehr it's 8 damage. 8 eith an Anti-Tank rifle. Banging on the hull with a hammer causes 2. At MOST it should cause 1, realistically it should take 5 swings to cause 1 damage. Makes no sense at all.

I did not know battlefield 1 had ships, that is awesome ! I think maybe it would be worth dropping £20 on this game... I believe it'll be 2019 till another battleifeld is due
