So I've been really stressed out lately and I never thought that when my therapist asked me what I do to calm down and regulate , I would say " watching nail polish swatching videos"
These are all so pretty!!!! I don’t have many flakie-included nail polishes. I tend to add them as toppers and mix and match. But do love the depth you can get from the jelly/cruelly + flakie polishes. So so so pretty!!
i’m so glad you loved these though!! yeah toppers alone are rarely enough for me 🙈 but maybe i’m also too lazy/not creative enough to layer them with jellies and other shimmers etc lol they definitely can have such an elegant and elevated look!
Love this video! I love ILNP Empress! It’s a true pink metallic instead of a gold looking rose gold. I loved wearing it over blue like Essie Style Cartel
My favorite thing about Fallen Flake is how different base colors make different main colors in the multi chrome pop. When I put it over green I see more of the magenta but over red i notice more of those copper tones. Confetti looks sooo much like a jawbreaker over white it’s so cute!
yess i loved seeing how it transformed over the diff cremes from the bundle! so so pretty 🤩 i was even surprised how much i loved it over white, it really pops! omg i can totally see the jaw breaker vibes with confetti over white, i love that! i’ll probably try it layered with a milky white next hehe

Very excited to see that I have some of the ones you included! Agree that Solar Unicorn skin is one of my favorites. I feel like it’s so versatile and I love it over lighter colors for the instant opal look too. Also I’ve had icy inkling for almost a year and still haven’t worn it 🫢 really gotta change that!

I am flakie obsessed. I’m always aghast when RU-vidrs forget to mention KBSHIMMER’s Hanging with my Grillfriends (no longer available) as one of their favorite flakies or fav greens 😉It’s a green version of fall on your nails, especially in low light. I love so much that I bought 3 bottles from different destashes.

I'm definitely on the love flakie polish team! That Iris-istable shade you showed is incredible wow, honestly all the blues look amazing!! I have so many faves in my collection, but some of them are Holo Taco Fake Date, Cirque Pink Diamond (sadly discontinued), Mooncat A Very Merry Unbirthday, so many from Rogue Lacquer and Polished For Days lol, and Sassy Sauce Glampire (a recent addition from PPU). I feel like what I currently want in a flakie polish is BIG, irregular flakes. I've seen some from a few makers in PPU but haven't gotten any yet and I desperately need some in my collection! 😅 Also totally agree with you on not loving Mooncat's single LE releases. It bothers me so much as an international customer cause I can't justify the shipping cost for 1 polish so I end up missing out on all of them 🥲

I just bought House of Hades from Mooncat, along with a few others... 😁. I'm such a sucker for royal blue polishes and that one is simply stunning! 🤩 Omg, same on the older brother comment! My brother and I played Killer Instinct and I played that game to death.

I have some flakies from Emily de Molly and they are so beautiful. I find some combos really pop when it comes to iridescent flakies and those are my favourite. Fusion of time from her is my top choice though it’s no longer available.
i havent tried Emily de Molly but they have such a beautiful selection!! omg Allure of Fate looks really similar to mooncat’s When Hell Freezes over, such a shame thats sold out if anyone was looking for a dupe 😩 but oh wow, Fusion of Time looks absolutely magical!! love that color combo soo much 🤩
