I'd say you're substantially well versed in recalling pokemon names. I've taken these same dex quizzes and I failed to finish out the gen 1 dex (139) and you got a little better than I did in gen 2 (78)

As someone who used to do the 151 when I was bored in university lectures: go from the start as far as you can, then legendaries, trade evolutions, then event specific ones (hitmons, snorlax, lapras, marowak etc) followed by fossils and in game trades.then go through the gym leaders/major battles before going through the games for encounters

0:46 when i did this i just went through the entire pokerap in my head and i got them all (yes, i have the pokerap memorized) 8:35 i did this one in under 40 seconds by going through the rap in the middle of the song 2.B.A. master that lists off all the gen 1 types, then i filled in the other 3 9:26 i did this one in under a minute 15 because i'm that good 11:13 to be honest i didn't get this one in time, i kept thinking 'horn' instead of 'beak' because most beaks are pointy 18:56 i was only able to get 94/100 before time ran out because i only had part of the pokerap gs memorized

For the 151 quiz my strategy was to use the Pokémon Rap and do any Pokémon with no evolutions or that are the first stages, that way when I'm close to the end I don't have to do any crazy thinking.
