ChatGPT has recently emerged as a powerful AI tool, capable of excelling in natural language understanding, generating human-like responses, assisting users across various tasks, and even writing code with impressive proficiency (and yes, we did use ChatGPT to write that sentence ;)). One feature that is particularly compelling for life scientists is the potential for ChatGPT to write Python code to automate life science experiments. In this webinar, we will introduce ChatGPT as a tool for automating experiments on liquid handlers and show some examples of how we’re using it at Team Opentrons.
We’ll share resources to help you get started trying out ChatGPT in this context, discuss potential pitfalls and known issues, and share methods for troubleshooting.
