Facebook should be held accountable for letting scammers have paid advertisements, marketplace ads and groups to recruit criminals. The sad part is that 1/2 the things you report don't go against their community standards. It's like they're ok with their platform being used for scams and money laundering.

Thank goodness you are exposing people and making others aware of the shit they can get themselves into illegally. My neice put me in a situation like that one time when she asked me to pick up a package from someone as a favor. Later I found out the feds were investigating her for drugs! I had no idea but I think I picked up drugs. Wtf . I was horrified when I found out. She was my neice and she had back problems and I just thought I was doing her a favor . It's crazy! No one in the family talks to her anymore. She's been locked up several times and keeps doing illegal shit! She's been busted so many times for illegal scams and she even got her sisters young children involved in stuff like printing fake checks etc. SMH! Unbelievable!

What’s sad is that’s even after all of this, the guys walks away free. There is something wrong with the law, obviously. I’ve baited email scammers in the old days and and the authorities have not even wanted to listen in or trace the calls. Sadly, it seems as if these scams won’t be stopping in the foreseeable future. As a Canadian, I don’t need a tourist visa to enter the US. Can stay for up to 6 months by just showing my passport. Same for Americans visiting Canada.

It could be entirely possible that the guy who is talking on his behalf is the scammer boss/the person you guys are looking for in this case. Also when he was talking on phone with Agent 69, this mule did mention that he met a guy in a club in Delhi. He said it in Hindi though.

The loser at the end wasn't even family. He said that the guy was like a brother. They are little rich boys and probably got that way from stealing and don't want their image tarnished. Glad you got the guys ID and license plate on his rental car if it was a rental. INS could arrest him for visa violations and he would be banned from entering the ZuS. Then the Canadians would do the same. The DOJ is actively investigating and prosecuting this behavior. The local police may not want to get involved. The feds will He is a criminal and letting him go creates the impression that Trilogy Media doesn’t want a change.

If there is a charge for attempting to solicit a minor, then there doesn't need to be a real victim because the attempt to solicit someone they believe to be a minor is enough. However, there may not be a similar charge for this type of scambaiting with no real money involved.

The guy that the crew spoke to after the mule left is probably the local mule supervisor. He's not this mule's brother, as he claimed to be. He's likely the India-based scammers' local supervisor who manages multiple mules around Long Beach. He's mad because if one of his guy is "caught," his whole local operation has to be burned and redone completely.

The guy is lying.. The number is saved as Guaranteed Payout so there is no ways that he he was offered 500 bucks and he refused saying he can do that much for a friend! This guy is a seasoned mule.. Please do submit his details to law enforcement.. Shameless people pissing on my beautiful country's reputation.. Ugggh
