Hi, today we are prepping for the holidays to come. Thanksgiving will be here soon, so now is the time to prep everything in advance. Today we made cranberry sauce (this will be in a video to come soon) and cranberry juice we made in this video. My family is celebrating early this year so I will have all the goodies prepped for you guys to see before the actual holiday comes. I can't wait to see you next time!

Would it work faster if you used choped cranberries?

Hmm I'm not sure if that would affect the canning safety. The cranberries pop open during the canning process and the juice leaks out.

Can I do this in pint jars? I am the only one drinking it.

Yes, you can. Just cut the recipe in half. headspace on the jars stays the same. 🙂

Your husband was home but not helping…you’re doing a good thing but your child should not be able to breathe inside the jar…but you are the one who will eat it…so thanks anyway
