Thank you for your comment. You will see the bags in stores with all kinds of food in them. Tuna comes to mind in pouches. Those are the same bags only printed.
Congrats on your chamber sealer! I have done bone in canning. I prefer not to can with the bone in. My results without the bone were better. Also these bags are not huge so any weight from a bone means less meat in the bag.
Some heavy sealers can seal the bag. However if the air has not been removed when they go in the canner they often break open under pressure. You could try with water bath products such as fruit.
