I don't think it's that easy. Thomas is that corrupt, but the court has shown it's not completely as corrupt as Thomas. Obviously special counsels are completely legal, and Cannon is trying to legislate from the bench, it's only brought into question now because it's Trump - which highlights the corruption. They had no problem with Trump's special counsel going after Hillary and Obama (Durham), they had no problem with special counsel going after Biden's son - it's just Trump.
Complete corruption. Not only did Thomas violate the rules of the court, but Cannon just declared all cases that used a Special Council, going back into the 1800s, were illegal, which is BS, as it's already been ruled that Special Councils are allowed.

Declassification requires written records from the white house showing said documents were declassified, and that action has to take place while the president is in office.
You seem to forget he was the president when he acquired them and the president can declassify them. Joe Biden wasn't the president when he took classified documents, he was a senator and a VP. Neither of those offices can declassify them. Look at the facts, not your opinions or your political beliefs. Let the courts settle the issue.

Since Trump did not CREATE the content of the classified documents (the federal government did) he can't claim they are personal. There is a separate law that deals with classified documents and how they are handled. That was cited in the indictment. Note that Cannon did NOT dismiss based upon the Presidential Papers act.

All 93 US attorneys have to be appointed by the president and confirmed by the senate But a Special Counsel Attorney with more powers than those 93 does not need such an appointment? A Special Counsel can cross over into all the 93 districts but a individual US attorney cannot do that without the permission of the Attorney General We have a constitution. It’s not a suggestion box

You are confused by the republican form of government. The Congress creates offices in the Executive branch and funds them. The Executive appoints officers to the offices created by Congress. Congress confirms the appointments. Maybe that helps clarify it.

She took advice from one of the most corrupt justices ever to serve - Clarence Thomas. Special counsel was never an issue, including the special counsel in Hunter Biden's case, or the one Trump had appointed to look into Hillary and Obama (Durham)... it only became an issue when it was Trump.
They will appeal and succeed with it, case continues. This is just another wrench thrown into the wheels to delay further with a "reason" to do so. Make sure to vote against Trump, and this case will come to a regular conclusion eventually, after the election, if Trump loses.
So when it's not the decision u wanted it's corruption. But like the Democrats always say when they get the decision they want "no one is above the law"
