If your country is cold enough my answer is not.. because here in the Philippines we put a cooling fan for condenser because of hot temperature in summer That's make condenser to heat above minimum

But when I stand at a traffic light or stop somewhere, the compressor stops cooling and heat comes out of it. Please reply and thank you in advance

Check the compressor using manifold gauge the normal psi of low sight is 35 to 40 .if the psi is 50 and above . There's a possibility that your compressor is already lost compression.. try to wet the condenser with the water .look if your car aircon gets cold .. try to put a fan ..
