I've just got back from 2032, Sadly RU-vid was shut down just when you hit 99k subscribers, you had to sell the plane due to a outbreak of heart conditions among pilots, You do become a millionaire, with the money from the plane you set up a second company Sleaford Hedge Repair , Branches all over Lincolnshire😁😁

Looks like the poor woman flew off the road literally, the lack of skid marks and damage to verge . Watched a u tube vid about Disney and the link to the village , but can't remember what it was....im old ! Great vid as usual im binge watching your back catalogue. Just subscribed .

Brilliant job Ben, Like you say the customer was very lucky with the amount (or lack of) damage to the driver side, hope you show her the video of how you achieved the successful recovery of her car and amount of care you took to not cause any more damage, well done mate, have a great time in York too, one of my favourite places for a weekend away. All the best to you and Malcolm...By the way, please don't stop doing these video's, I saw the post earlier saying you were struggling with the youtube video's, keep up the great work mate, I, for one, really look forward to watching them, you are doing brilliant and I would be be devastated if you stopped, you definitely deserve more followers.

Planks under the wheels nearest the road to slide the wheels up on? Call me old fashioned but much prefer proper snatch blocks instead of soft shackles via a pulley. Good work though. Interesting idea of double pulley block for a side pull.

Yeah planks is a good point, might try that next time. The industry are properly pushing these soft shackles nowadays, they were really pushing them at the tow show last year. They've not let me down yet but I do agree, I feel a lot better when I have a bow shackle and metal snatch block.

Hello Ben and travelling companion - what's your dogs name?? I have been in this area (on my littler motorcycle) quite a few tight bends on this narrow road! Just amazed at the way that you applied the straps and cable(s) to winch the car out - and with very little damage from the accident! Thought you could invest in a small chainsaw in your tool box - chop out the roots / hedge? Well impressed, hope that lady driver is recovering well? Best wishes from Leasingham

I have bought a Iveco daily crew cab 6.5 tonne tipper which I am going to convert into a spec lift , I was debating on whether to put a small hiab onto it (used one £3k ) . Would it get that much use to justify the extra weight it carries all the time . What's your thoughts ?

I think if you have the capacity to have one, then yeah they're great, but I've never had a job I haven't been able to winch out. Ultimately it comes down to speed, a HIAB would be a lot quicker.
